Are you a staffing agency?
No. Rise92 is a talent concierge, not a staffing agency. Staffing agencies maintain a bench of available candidates and place them at volume. Rise92 sources specifically for your role through closed, off-market networks and introduces 1–2 hand-selected professionals. There is no bench, no bulk placement, and no markup on salaries. The Goodfirms and Clutch category is the closest available match, but the model is meaningfully different.
Is Rise92 a software platform?
No. Rise92 is a concierge service, not a software platform. If you found us on G2, you may have been looking for an EOR tool like Deel or Remote: platforms where you manage hiring yourself and the software handles payroll. Rise92 is different. We find the talent, make the introduction, and then optionally handle employment and HR on your behalf. One dedicated concierge. No dashboards to manage.
How is Rise92 different from Toptal or Turing?
Those platforms charge 30–50% markups on talent rates and operate as marketplaces, where you get a flood of profiles and pay a premium for the privilege. Rise92 is a concierge. You get 1–2 hand-selected introductions, at-cost pricing with zero markups, and optional end-to-end employment and HR support.
How is this different from Deel or Remote?
Deel and Remote are EOR platforms: software tools that process payroll once you’ve already found talent. Rise92 finds the right talent, makes introductions, and then optionally handles employment and HR. We manage the entire journey from search to sustained employment.
What does "at-cost" actually mean?
It means Rise92 charges a one-time placement fee equal to one month of the placed professional’s salary, then a monthly EOR or PeopleOps fee, if needed. There are no salary markups, no embedded commissions, and no hidden fees. All fees are shared upfront before you commit to anything.
What about time zones and communication quality?
Every professional Rise92 introduces is a confident, clear communicator fluent in business English. Many operate on US East Coast or European hours full-time. Pakistan is UTC+5, which overlaps with US East Coast mornings and European afternoons. Rise92 filters for communication quality as aggressively as technical skill.
