Talent Concierge involves a one-time fee equal to one month’s salary for curated introductions.
Employment Concierge and PeopleOps Concierge are billed monthly per active employee.
What does the one-time Talent Concierge fee cover?
The one-time fee covers concierge-led search, off-market identification, role-calibrated screening, and curated introductions.
It is charged once per successful hire.
What do the monthly fees include?
Under Employment Concierge, monthly fees cover compliant employment, payroll processing, statutory obligations, and required local filings.
Under PeopleOps Concierge, monthly fees also include structured PeopleOps facilitation such as employee relations handling and performance support coordination.
Are there hidden costs or salary markups?
